Grand Pavois

Every year, the Grand Pavois sets out to create an in-water boat show where visitors can meet boat builders, discover boats on the water, and book sea trials.

Founded in 1973 by four pioneering shipyards from La Rochelle, the Grand Pavois now welcomes over 80,000 visitors each year to admire 800 brands and 700 boats on display. For this 54th edition, the "Voiles de Nuit" show returns: a 45-minute, fully eco-friendly pyro-digital display that lights up the night sky and is recognised internationally.

Practical information:

• Access from the hotel: Les Minimes marina is about 15 minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage.
• Entry: ticket prices vary by day, free for children under 12 (check the official show website for details).
• Voiles de Nuit: usually held in the evening — one of the show's highlights, not to be missed.
